VISUALIZATION APPS :: View

iView

iView is a visualization tool for analyzing scientific data sets interactively in 2-dimensional view. Data sets are obtained from the results of a numerical simulation model of the solar corona and heliosphere based on the magnetohydrodynamic equations, such as those found on our site.

SolarView2D can display multiple 2-dimensional and/or 3-dimensional data sets in separate views. The viewing properties of each data set are customizable to help scientists analyze and understand the data set.

The iView application visualizes 2-D and 3-D hdf data sets.

iView (Mac OS 10.3+)

The Linux version of View has not been updated recently. We strongly encourage you to use the Mac version of View if opportunity allows; however, we do want to support the Linux community. Click to download the latest source available.
