This directory contains the final report for NASA contract NAPR01. The two files differ only in size, with the '-opt' being half the size of the full PDF. For printing hardcopies, the file "NAPR01-year3-final-rep-COMPLETE.pdf" should be used. For viewing on a computer, or where bandwidth is a problem, the file "NAPR01-year3-final-rep-COMPLETE-opt.pdf" should be more than adequate.
